Picnic Under the Star with Cancer Awareness

I forgot when is it, but we were given a chance to perform on both occasions. I don't know how we (Nelson, Adam and me) did it, but it ended pretty good. First was "Picnic Under the Star" which turned out to be "Picnic Under the Ceiling".
So it was great because getting free food is always great (because we were performers). Nelson and I performed 3 songs and quite a surprise for me that most of the crowd didn't know the songs.
  1. You Give Me Something (James Morrison)
  2. She Will Be Loved (Maroon 5)
  3. I'm Yours (Jason Mraz)
Thanks to Adam@Wind for posting about these two events in his blog. Feel free to visit his site. That night was more on doing my own stuff instead of imitating those singers because I kinda messed up the whole 15 minutes. Sound system problem, coughing, making up my own lyrics, yes they happened. But like I said, the event ended pretty good.

Oh, I remember that this event was held on Tuesday because on Thursday, the same week, we had another performance for "Cancer Awareness" organized by the Pharmacy Department. We performed as a band.
  1. How to Save a Life (The Fray)
  2. The Scientist (Coldplay)
The Air Motor
With only a short practice for 1 and a half hour on the day before, me managed to make the crowd screamed (did they?). I did mess up again and I'm not telling you guys. Haha. I'm bad in live performance. But overall, with homework and assignments undone and piling up, I have to say that I enjoyed the week.
Oh, did I mention about a Christmas carol came and sang Christmas songs after the event?
I'm missing home.Happy Christmas everyone.=)
